Isa ka lalaki ang namatay sa gidalhan nga hospital human nahulog sa roof top sa tennis court sa isa ka tunghaan sa Valencia City, Bukidnon

Sumala sa kasayoran, ang biktima nailang si Cristian Ela, 20, residente sa Mt. Nebo, Valencia City.

Ang biktima nagtrabaho sa Mountain View College (MVC) sa Mt. Nebo.

Nadala pa siya sa Adventist Medical Center-Valencia City apan namatay pipila ka oras ang milabay.

Gikataho nga samtang nagtrabaho ang lalaki sa roof top sa tennis court sa tunghaan, na-slide ang atop nga iyang gitangtang hinungdan sa iyang pagkahulog. (Omar Rashid Z. Abdullah)

Isa ka lalaki ang gidunggab patay sa iyang manghod didto sa Purok 9, Romagook, Kibawe, Bukidnon

Ang insidente nahitabo gabii sa Marso 26, 2024, sumala kini sa report ni Police
Major Jayvee G. Babaan, OIC sa Kibawe Municipal Police Station.

Ang 31-anyos nga biktima nakaangkon sa grabing samad dinunggaban sa tuong dughan ug tiyan.

Gidala siya sa Bukidnon Provincial Hospital (BPH) sa Kibawe, Bukidnon apan gideklarar siyang patay sa niatiman nga doktor.

Sumala pa, sayong gabii sa maong petsa, samtang tua sa Barangay Pay-as, Kadingilan, Bukidnon, ang duha samtang nagka-inom sa ilimnong makahubog ang nagkalalis nga niresulta sa pagsinumbagay.

Pagkahuman, ang suspek niadto sa panimalay sa ilang ginikanan sa Romagook aron magkuha sa iyang mga sinina.

Ang duha nagkakita didto pag-usab diin gihapak sa biktima ang walang bukton sa suspek gamit ang palwa sa lubi.

Gumikan niini gihublot sa 26-anyos nga suspek ang iyang dalang kutsilyo ug gidunggab ang iyang magulang makaduha ka higayon.

Ang suspek nasikop sa niresponding kapolisan.

1 patay, 1 angol human nakuryentihan sa Maramag

Gidala sila sa Saint Joseph Southern Bukidnon Hospital. Patay ang isa ka lalaki samtang angol ang kauban niining trabahante human nakuryentihan sa ilang gitrabahoan sa Purok 8, Brgy. San Miguel, Maramag, Bukidnon

Sumala sa report nahitabo kini niadtong Marso 27, 2024 samtang nagtabaho sa Universal Harvester Dairy Farm Inc. sa dapit.

Gidala sila sa Saint Joseph Southern Bukidnon Hospital.

Apan ang 35-anyos gideklarar nga dead on arrival samtang luwas ang kauban niini.

Sa imbestigasyon, nasayran nga ang mga biktima nagpahigayon og
maintenance repair sa supply sa water pump sa motor pool area sa maong
kompanya.

Samtang ang isa kanila naunlod sa water storage pool, nakuryentihan siya
ug nisinggit og tabang.

Niambak sa pool ang kauban nga trabahante apang nakuryentehan sab
siya.

Nakuha sila sa ilang duha ka mga kauban ug gidala sa hospital human

Mapawa Rodeo Team rules Kaamulan Rodeo 2024

MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon (March 26, 2024) – The Mapawa Rodeo Team was the overall winner of the Kaamulan Rodeo 2024

The squad outsmarted 21 other teams in the two-day competition, which took place on March 23-24, 2024, in Impasugong Central Elementary School Grounds, Poblacion, Impasugong, Bukidnon.

 

Mapawa Rodeo Team won two of the eight events: rope & tie and carambola.

 

Tied as first runner-up were Wang-Wang Rodeo Team and Impasugong Rodeo Team.

 

Meanwhile, LGU-Sumilao Rodeo Team and Valencia City Rodeo Team finished tied as second runer-up.

 

In Bull Riding, Impasugong Rodeo Team took the first place, followed by Valencia City Rodeo Team and Wang-Wang Rodeo Team.

 

Impasugong Rodeo Team finished second to Mapawa Rodeo Team in Rope & Tie, with LGU Libona Rodeo Team taking third.

 

LGU Sumilao Rodeo Team took first position in Steer Wrestling, followed by LGU Libona Rodeo and Impasugong Rodeo Team.

 

In Carambola, Saddles and Pines Ranch was next to Mapawa Rodeo Team, and Umalag Farm came in third.

 

The Wang-Wang Rodeo Team led in Calf Underscoring, followed by the Mapawa Rodeo Team and the JFR Vaqueros Bravos Rodeo Team.

 

The Herdsman Valencia Rodeo Team finished first in Breakaway Roping, followed by the DMPI Rodeo Team and the LGU Sumilao Rodeo Team.

 

Valencia City Rodeo Team won Team Roping, while LGU Sumilao Rodeo Team came in second, followed by Mapawa Rodeo Team.

 

Lastly, in Barrel Roping, the JFR Vaqueros Bravos Rodeo Team won first place, followed by Wang-Wang Rodeo Team and Zubros Rodeo Team in second and third place.

 

Meanwhile, two special awards were given.

 

Hajil Abriol of the Mapawa Rodeo Team was crowned Rodeo King, while Mary Umpay of the Wang-Wang Rodeo Team was named Rodeo Queen.

 

Bukidnon is known as the “home of the country’s finest cowboys.”

 

Large audiences gather during Kaamulan to watch the province’s bravest and best cowboys and cowgirls compete in rodeo.

 

On the opening day of the event, Provincial Governor Rogelio Neil P. Roque welcomed the spectators.

 

Bukidnon 2nd District Representative John Keith Flores, Impasugong Mayor Anthony Uy, and Dapitan City Mayor Seth Frederick “Bullet” Jalosjos were among the government leaders who attended one of the most popular events in Kaamulan.

Sumala ni Police Lt. Col. Mitchell Clemencio, OIC sa Valencia City Police Station, ang krimen nahitabo pasado alas 3:30 sa buntag niadtong Pebrero 28, 2024.

 

Ang mga biktima isa ka 41-anyos nga lalaki ug 33-anyos nga babaye.

 

Sila gidala sa Adventist Medical Center sa Brgy. Poblacion, Valencia City apan ang lalaki gideklarar nga patay sa wala pa mahiabot.

 

Nasayran nga ang duha nag-inom sa D96 Minimart sa dihang isa ka wala mailhing tawo ang niduol kanila ug gikalalis niini ang babaye nga biktima.

 

Paglabay sa pipila ka minuto, nilakaw ang suspek ug mibalik nga nagdala og mubo nga armas dayon gipusil ang duha ka mga biktima nga naigo sa managlahing bahin sa ilang lawas.

 

Ang suspek daling misibat sa wala masayring direksiyon human sa insidente.

 

Nasayran nga ang lalaki isa ka sekyu nga taga Tanglaw, Davao del Norte samtang ang kaubang babaye taga Talomo, Matina Aplaya, Davao City.

 

Anggulong Love Triangle ang isa sa gilantaw nga hinungdan sa maong krimen.

RTMI bus gitulis sa Kitaotao

Gitulis sa duha ka mga lalaki ang RTMI bus didto sa Sitio Pamulaan, Purok 10, Brgy. Sinuda, Kitaotao, Bukidnon pasado alas 11:40 sa gabii niadtong Enero 29, 2024

Sumala sa report ni Police Captain Christopher P. Tuzara, OIC sa Kitaotao Municipal Police Station (KMPS), ang mga wala mailang lalaking suspek nakasol-ob og red hooded ug dirty white hooded jackets.

Ang gitulis nga RTMI passenger bus adunay body no. 2795 ug plate no. NDD 4025.

Gimanehoan kini sa 53 anyos nga lalaki, holder sa PDL samtang ang konduktor isa ka 36 anyos nga nga lalaki.

Sumala pa, ang isa sa mga suspek mition sa wala masayring kalibre sa pistola sa konduktor ug gilimas ang mikabat sa P10,000 nga fare collection.

Sa imbestigasyon, nasayran nga gikan sa Davao City ang bus paingon sa Cagayan de Oro City.

DOLE-10 honors Bukidnon’s informal sector workers

MALAYBALAY CITY – The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-10, through its Bukidnon Provincial Field Office (Buk PFO), recently conducted a learning session for workers in the informal sector in line with the 2023 Labor Day commemoration

The activity aims to provide and aid the workers in the informal sector under the Labor Day theme, “Pabahay, Bilihing Abot-Presyo, Benepisyo ng Matatag na Trabaho Para sa Manggagawang Pilipino.”
DOLE-10 BukPFO Provincial Director Raul L. Valmores reassures that DOLE, through its flagship programs and services, will continuously provide job-generation initiatives to workers in the informal sector.
“We in DOLE will continue collaborating with the different government agencies and Accredited Co-Partners (ACPs) so the individual and association beneficiaries can attain a sustainable livelihood,” Valmores said.
Nineteen association beneficiaries of the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) from a city and different municipalities in Bukidnon, including six ACPs, attended the event.
The Department of Trade and Industry Business Development Division Chief Jose Maureal discussed financial and organizational management with stakeholders of DOLE Integrated Livelihood.
“The success and sustainability of government programs depend on the maturity of the people’s organization that are empowered to become partners on project implementation,” Maureal said.
This initiative will help the association generate support in making critical financial decisions, improve the profitability of their organizations, guide the organizational structure, and ensure the alignment of employees with company policies.
The activity also included a learning session on simple bookkeeping from Abag Kalambuan Inc., Executive Director, Bienvenido Narciso, which included a workshop on simple bookkeeping to enhance knowledge of finances.
Narciso emphasized the importance of maintaining complete and accurate records of all financial transactions to ensure proper reflection in the book of accounts.
He emphasized that having basic bookkeeping knowledge is crucial as it enables easy maintenance of records and provides detailed information on expenses and income.
During the event, DILP released three livelihood starter kits, including a sari-sari store, Bigasan, and a video production project worth P70,000.
The Parents Mobilization Action Group (PMAG) was granted a total amount of P500,000 for their Consumer Store Enhancement Project.
Under Social Amelioration Program (SAP), the sugar workers received P24,000.
Each of the three beneficiaries received P8,000 for their maternity benefit claims.
All attendees pledged to support the government’s goal of transitioning informal sector workers into the formal economy, ensuring their protection under the law. They vowed to promote the welfare and decent work agenda of workers in the informal economy.

PWDs get P250-K in livelihood aid from DOLE-Bukidnon

MALAYBALAY CITY – As part of its year-round turnover of livelihood grants to marginalized and disadvantaged informal workers in the province, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-10, through Provincial Director Raul Valmores of Bukidnon Provincial Field Office (BukPFO), recently turned over livelihood assistance—with Abag Kalambuan Inc. (AKI) as the Accredited Co-Partner (ACP)—to Sinanglanan Parents and Persons with Disability Association (SiPaPDA)

The SiPaPDA, which consists of 21 parents and persons with disabilities (PWDs), chose Agrivet and Farm Supply as their livelihood project in the amount of P250,000 from the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP).
Valmores said that through the DILP, the Department took various endeavors to help integrate marginalized and disadvantaged informal workers, including PWDs, into the mainstream and enable them to participate in its social and economic development.
Valmores also acknowledged Malaybalay local government and its Public Employment Service Office (PESO) for their continued support as DOLE’s program partner.
Malaybalay City Mayor Jay Warren Pabillaran urged the recipients to use the grants wisely. He assured them that the city government stands ready to help those in need.
In the meantime, AKI Chairperson Bienvenido Narciso Jr. has expressed his confidence in the beneficiaries’ ability to meet their daily needs with the livelihood grant. He underscored the importance of maximizing it to create a positive ripple effect, benefiting not only themselves but also enabling them to extend help to others in need.
Virgilio Arenido, SiPaPDA president, is grateful for the opportunity to change their lives. He said the association could now meet the daily needs of their families while also creating employment opportunities in their community.
“We are thankful to DOLE for giving us, the PWDs, a chance in life. We thank the government for this tailored project for marginalized groups. Indeed, the government sees us and has not forgotten us,” Arenido said.
Prior to the turnover, the group attended skill-building sessions such as financial literacy and basic entrepreneurship. The DOLE designed the training to provide SiPaPDA with the knowledge and skills needed to manage livelihood endeavors.
The DOLE Livelihood Development Specialists will continue to monitor the associations and their livelihood activities after the turnover. This step makes sure that technical support is guiding the association.
The DOLE has always been a staunch advocate for promoting the rights of people with disabilities, protecting their rights, and promoting the economic empowerment of people with disabilities.
DILP, or the Kabuhayan Program of DOLE, is a flagship program of the agency that aims to help marginalized groups such as self-employed workers who are unable to earn sufficient income, unpaid family workers, low-waged and seasonal workers, workers displaced or to be displaced, marginalized and landless farmers, marginalized fisherfolk, women and youth, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, indigenous peoples, victims of armed conflicts, rebel returnees, and parents of child laborers.
