Cops busted 6 drug suspects in Kalilangan, Pangantucan

MALAYBALAY CITY (Jan. 10, 2024) – Six drug suspects have been apprehended by police in a series of buy-bust operations in the towns of Kalilangan and Pangantucan in the province of Bukidnon’s south-western region

Members from Kalilangan Municipal Police Station (KMPS) has cornered two males who are newly identified high-value individuals in a buy-bust operation at Purok 2B, Brgy. Kinura, Kalilangan, Bukidnon at around 3:17 AM on January 9, 2024.

The suspects were a 24-year-old and 20 years old respectively.

The suspected shabu recovered from their possession and control has an estimated standard price of PhP505,172.00.

Members of KMPS also arrested 38-year-old and 23-year-old alleged male drug pushers in a buy-bust operation held at Sitio Cogo, Brgy. Macaopao of the same town at around 8:15 AM on the same day.

The confiscated suspected shabu from the newly identified suspects was estimated to be worth PhP21,556.00.

Meanwhile, personnel from Bukidnon Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit together with Pangantucan MPS and Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Unit have cornered two illegal drug suspects in a buy-bust operation at Purok 3, Brgy. Upper Barandias, Pangantucan, Bukidnon at around 6:40 PM on January 7, 2024.

The first suspect was a 24-years old male who is a high-value-individual while his newly identified drug personality male cohort is a 21-years old.

The recovered suspected shabu from their control and possession has a market value of PhP 374,000.00.

A case for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 were prepared against the arrested suspects.

The confiscated drug items were brought to Bukidnon Forensic Unit in Malaybalay City for qualitative and quantitative examinations.

The arrested persons are now under the custody of arresting police stations for documentation and proper disposition. (melbmadera)

MOA for Enhanced Kadiwa implementation inked

MALAYBALAY CITY, BUKIDNON – The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 (DA-10) recently inks a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with farmers cooperatives, associations (FCAs) and local government units (LGUs) from the provinces of Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon for the implementation of the P25.5 million (M) worth of Kadiwa Financial Grant Assistance program

The signing ceremony was held at the Northern Mindanao Agricultural Crops and Livestock Research Complex (NMACLRC) in Brgy. Dalwangan.
According to DA-10 Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado, the said program aims to help facilitate food accessibility, quality, and affordability to consumers through partnerships with LGUs and FCAs, and improve the food distribution system at the same time.
Collado together with Mayor Anthony A. Uy og Impasugong and Mayor Ernie R. Devibar of Lantapan signed the agreement for the PhP5 million construction of trading posts in their respective localities, in the presence of their municipal staff.
The agri department also sealed a partnership with the Mindanao Farmers Agrarian Reform Community Cooperative (MFARCC) of Magsaysay, and Kabangasan, Mapua Dahilig Agrarian Reform Community (KMDARC) of Balingoan, both from Misamis Oriental to finance each their
P3.5-M transport and delivery vehicle.
Further, Pangantucan, Maramag, Kalilangan Farmers’ Dairy Cooperative (PMKFDC) of Pangantucan and PITAC Multipurpose Cooperative (MPC) of Malaybalay City, both from Bukidnon are set to avail P3.5-M for the purchase of a refrigerated van and equipment for the enhancement of their milk processing plant and P5-M for the purchase of a wing van,
respectively.
For the FCAs’ part, they have inked the agreement through their respective chairpersons: Romil Ravilla (MFARCC), Weny N. Enterina (KMDARC), Rodolfo Belleza (PMKFDC), and Christery May Dinoy (PITAC MPC).
As partners for the said program, all beneficiaries have at least 20 percent counterpart of the total project cost.
Locally funded for the current year, the Kadiwa program is implemented by DA-10 through its Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division. (TJTL/melbmadera)

Sumala sa report ni Police Major Christian D. Serdeña, hepe sa Kalilangan Municipal Police Station, nasikop sab nila ang duha ka mga lalaking suspek nga nag-edad 30 ug 31 anyos.
Lakip sa mga nasakmit sa kapolisan gikan sa mga suspek ang isa ka Smith and Wesson Cal .38 revolver without serial number nga kargado sa tulo ka mga bala, ug gidudahang shabu nga mitimbang sa 51.5 gramos nga adunay street value nga Php 350,200.
Ang nga nasikop ug mga ebidensya ang gidala ngadto sa Kalilangan MPS. Samtang ang mga drug pieces ang itugyan ngadto sa Bukidnon Forensic Unit alang sa qualitative ug quantitative
examinations.
Sa pagkutlo ning balita, gihikay na sa kapolisan ang kasong violation sa Sections 5 ug 11 sa Article II sa R.A. 9165 kon Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 ug violation sa R.A. 10591 kon “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.

Personnel of Kalilangan MPS led by PMAJ CHRISTIAN DE LEON SERDEÑA, OIC
conducted police operation against most wanted person at Kitalo, Macaopao,
Kalilangan, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of Ramil Tabañag y Guialolo, A
(Provincial Level) and Top 2 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level), 33 years old,
male, single, jobless, and a resident of Kitalo, Macaopao, Kalilangan, Bukidnon by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case no.
41663-23 dated September 18, 2023 with no bail bond recommended.
The arrested person is now under the custody of Kalilangan MPS for documentation
and proper disposition.

Gitaho nga ang suspek kinsa akusado sa kasong murder nakorner sa Kitalo, Macaopao, Kalilangan, Bukidnon.

Siya nailang si Ramil Tabañag y Guialolo, 33, ulitawo ug residente sa maong dapit.

Gawas sa iyang pagka top 2 MWP sa Bukidnon, gitaho nga siya sab ang no. 2 MWP sa Kalilangan.
Gisikop siya subay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder nga nakadukit sa kaso kriminal no. 41663-23 pinetsahan Setyembre 18, 2023.

Isa ka lalaki ang naligsan og truck sa Purok 6, Malinao, Kalilangan, Bukidnon kaniadtong Nobyembre 6, 2023

Ang biktima isa ka 41-anyos, minyo, trabahante sa NIA UWA, ug residente sa Malinao, Kalilangan, Bukidnon.

Samtang ang nakaligis sa biktima isa ka 66-anyos nga lalako, minyo, ug residente sa Purok 4, Malinao, Kalilangan, Bukidnon.

Gitaho nga panaog ang biktima ug pasaka sab ang dagan sa drayber sa truck.

Tungod sa kusog nga dagan sa motorsiklo nga gisakyan sa biktima, nadigyas kini sa dalan ug napadulong sa likod nga ligid sa truck nga adunay karga nga tubo.

Wala kini mabantaye sa drayber sa truck hinungdan nga naligsan ang biktima ug nalatayan kini og ligid sa ulo hinungdan sa daling kamatayon niini.

Nagkantidad og Php 707,200.00 sa gidudahang shabu ang nasakmit sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan sa gipahigayon nga drug buy-bust operation niadtong Agosto 15, 2023

Si Police Maj. Christian D. Serdeńa, OIC sa Kalilangan Municipal Police Station sa iyang report nisulti nga ang drug buy-bust nahigayon sa P-1, Brgy. West Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon sa alas 3:58 sa hapon.

Ang suspek giila nga si Johnmar Baylosis Benimelee alyas “Johnmar Benimelee”, newly identified, 38, adunay kapuyo ug residente sa Brgy Bongabong, Pantucan, Davao de Oro.

Si Baylosis gikonsidera sab nga High Value Individual (HVI).

Nasakmit gikan kaniya ang dili mominos sa 104 gramo sa gikatahong droga.

Isa ka STL teller ang gipusil patay sa Purok-2, Central Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon kaniadtong Mayo 6, 2023 sa alas 4:40 sa hapon

Sumala sa report sa Radyo Ukay Valencia, ang biktima naila nga si Laiza Magallanes Ebcas, hingkod, ug residente sa maong lugar.

Sumala sa report, ang menor de edad nga anak nga babaye sa biktima niingon nga miduol ang suspek ngadto sa biktima ug misangpit sa pulong nga “Taya ko Gwaps” dungan sa pagtion sa kalibre .45 nga pistola niini ngadto sa biktima ug gipusil.

Nahimo pang malikayan sa biktima ang unang pagbuto sa pusil hinungdan nga namwersa ang suspek ug dayung gisulod ang outlet ug gipabuthan og usab ang biktima hinungdan sa kamatayon niini.

Human sa pagpamusil, dali-daling misibat ang suspek uban sa isa pa ka wala mailhi nga lalaki sakay sa isa ka motorsiklo sa wala matino nga direksyon.

Narecober sa crimescene ang duha ka cellphone, cash ug personal nga gamit sa biktima hinungdan nga wala makita sa kapolisan nga tulis ang motibo sa mga wala mailhing suspek.
