Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang top 9 most wanted person sa Region 10 sa gipahigayon nga search warrant operation sa Purok 1, Central Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 23, 2023

Sa report ni Police Maj. Merlin M. Macawili, oic sa Kalilangan MPS, ang nakorner naila nga si Van Malanhay Vicerra, Top 9 most wanted person sa Region 10, 51, adunay kapuyo ug si Yolany Bongabong Fiola, 45, adunay kapuyo.

Nakuha sa ilang posesyon ang 12 gramo sa gidudahang shabu nga adunay estimated standard drug price nga Php 81,600.00.

Kasong paglapas sa Section 11 ug 12, Article II of RA 9165 ang gi andam batok nila.

Sa laing bahin, nadakpan usab sa kapolisan ang top 9 ug top 10 most wanted person sa Bukidnon kaniadtong Enero 23, 2023 sa managlahing lugar.

Sa report nga nahipos sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office, ang duha giila nga si Romulo Quirino Y Ragandang, 42, minyo, dicer ug residente sa Purok-3, Batangan, Valencia City, Bukidnon ug si Jojo Martil y Man-Umpong, 33, minyo ug residente sa Purok 1, Kipaypayon, Quezon, Bukidnon.

Si Quirino, gidakop sa kasong Statutory Rape didto sa Purok-3, Batangan, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Samtang si Martil gisikop sa kasong Frustrated Murder didto sa Purok 1, Kipayayon, Quezon, Bukidnon.

Si Quirino anaa na ubos sa kustodiya sa Valencia CPS ug si Martil sa Quezon MPS alang sa hustong disposasyon. (Diego M. Hidalgo)

Mag-uuma sikop sa drug buy-bust sa Kalilangan

Isa ka mag-uuma ang gisikop sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan sa gipahigayon nga drug buy-bust operation sa Sitio Cogo, Macaopao, Kalilangan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 16, 2023.

Gibutyag sa report ni Police Maj. Merlin M. Macawili, OIC sa Kalilangan Municipal Police Station, nga ang suspek mao si Minsuari Ampatua y Ampatua aka “Minsu”, 30, minyo, ug residente sa Purok-6, Mimbuaya, Lanao del Sur.

Nakuha gikan sa iyang posesyon ang gibana-bana nga 12 gramo sa gidudahang shabu nga adunay standard drug price nga Php 81,600.00.

Drug suspect evades arrest in Malaybalay

MALAYBALAY VITY (Apr. 26) – A drug suspect evaded arrest in a buy-bust operation at Purok 3, Brgy. San Jose, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon afternoon on April 24.

Col. Roel L. Lami-ing, provincial director of Bukidnon Police Provincial Office (BPPO), said personnel of Malaybalay City Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the operation with PDEA Pre. Ops no. 30002-042020-0149 at the place against Junrey Ortega, a drug listed, legal age, married, and a resident of Brgy. Dalwangan, Malaybalay City.

Ortega, who sensed he was dealing with a police officer, pulled his handgun tucked on his waist and shot the police officer who acted as poseur buyer but missed.

However, the windshield, including the front door window of the unmarked vehicle of the responding backup policemen owned by a police officer, were hit.

The suspect fled at the scene and successfully evaded arrest. Policemen tried to catch the fleeing suspect but failed to get him.

Policemen recovered during the operation a sachet of suspected shabu as buy-bust item, P500 buy-bust money, another four sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated total weight of 10 grams with an estimated market value of ₱68,000.00, an improvised glass tube with attached plastic hose color green and a Sunglass case color black.

The physical Inventory was made at the place of operation in the presence of a Barangay Kagawad of Brgy. San Jose and a representative from media.

The recovered evidences were brought to Malaybalay City Police Station for proper disposition and later were turned over to Bukidnon Provincial Crime Laboratory Office in Malaybalay City.

Policemen are preparing a case for Violation of Article II, sections 05, 11, and 12 of R.A. 9165 known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and Multiple Frustrated MURDER.
