Si Police Lt. Col. Kaddafy P. Bitor, OIC sa 2nd BUK PMFC ntaho sa iyang report nga ang suspek giila nga si Stephen Mercader y Sarento, 36, ulitawo, security guard ug residente sa Purok-3 Marangan, Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
Siya gisikop pinasubay sa gahum sa warrant of arrest sa tulo ka ihap sa kasong paglapas sa R.A. 7610 o ang “Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.”

Nasikop sa hiniuang pwersa sa kapolisan ang Top 6 PNP/PDEA Bukidnon most wanted person sa gipahigayon nga drug buy-bust operation niadtong Abril 28, 2023

Ang suspek giila nga si Bryan Labajo y Baculpo alyas “Bra-Bra”, 43, ug ulitawo.

Sumala sa report nga nahipos sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office, si Labajo nakorner sa iyang panimalay sa Purok-3, San Carlos, Valencia City, Bukidnon.


Nasakmit gikan sa suspek ang 10 ka pakete sa gidudahang shabu nga gibana-bana nga adunay gibug-aton nga 2gramo ug presyo nga mikabat sa Php13,600.00.

Samtang ang Top 9 MWP giila nga si Rollen Escuadro y Bongaitan, 27, ug ulitawo ug residente sa Purok 5, Brgy. Barobo, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Sa report ni Police Cpt. Benjamin A. Alvarez III, OIC sa Talakag Municipal Police Station, ang suspek naila nga si Gary Ampo-an y Balansi alyas “Liyab”, 31, minyo, mag-uuma, ug residente sa Brgy. Basak, Talakag, Bukidnon.

Siya gisikop pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder ug upat ka ihap sa frustrated murder.

Ang report ni Police Lt. Col. Edward T. Agpalza, OIC sa Valencia City Police Station, nibutyag nga ang supek mao si Mark Anthony Pama y Tabafa, 36, minyo ug residente sa Camiling, Batangan, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Siya gisikop pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder.

Bukidnon police nab 3 ‘most wanted’ murder, rape suspects

TANGUB CITY, Misamis Occidental (Jan. 18/PNA) – Police units in Bukidnon have arrested three “most wanted” suspects facing separate murder and rape charges.

In separate interviews on Tuesday, Maj. Kevin Bangsoy, the Baungon municipal police acting police chief, reported the arrest of Julieto Gempisaw, the second most wanted person (MWP) in the region, with a warrant from Presiding Judge Jose Yamut of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 11.

Gempisaw was arrested on January 16, around 5 a.m. in Barangay Mabunga, Baungon town, Bukidnon.

Bangsoy said Gempisaw, 48, a laborer, has a pending murder case for allegedly killing Reneboy Cole, 19, a member of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit, on Mar. 25, 2014.

Gempisaw was also the fourth MWP at the provincial level and the top at the municipal level.

Also on January 16, the Manolo Fortich municipal police arrested Jimboy Libres, 30, the Top 1 MWP at the municipal level, also for a murder case pending at the RTC Branch 11.

Maj. Carlito Chua, the Manolo Fortich station commander, said Libres, a farmer, was apprehended in Sitio Pulog, Barangay San Miguel.

Libres is the principal suspect in the death of Mario Fabrigas, 61, on Aug. 21, 2021, in Barangay Maluko.

The police report said the victim was fixing his fence when he was allegedly shot several times on his chest by the suspect over a land dispute.

Meanwhile, Edrin Mark Mamahon, 21, was arrested for rape. He was considered as the Top 7 MWP in Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Lt. Col. Richie Salva, the Valencia City police station commander, said Mamahon, 21, a farmer, was arrested based on the warrant of arrest from RTC Branch 8 presided by Judge Isobel Barroso.

“The accused (Mamahon) is the stepbrother of the 14-year-old victim who threatened to kill her (victim) [including] her mother if she will report to authorities,” he said.

Nasikop siya sa kapolisan pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa krimen nga murder nga nakadokit sa kaso kriminal 28050-16 pinetsahan Marso 22, 2021 nga gi-isyu ni Huwis Nannette Michote E. Lao, presiding judge sa RTC 10th Region, Branch 9, Malaybalay City.

No. 4 most wanted man sa Lantapan nakorner

Nasikop sa kapolisan sa Lantapan ang No. 4 most wanted person sa maong munisipyo hapon sa Marso uno.

Si Police Col. Jun Mark J. Lagare, provincial director sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office (BPPO), niingon nga si Renold Layahon y Lacdag, hingkod, ang nakorner sa Sitio Awang, Brgy. Lirongan, Talakag, Bukidnon.

Gisikop siya sa mga miyembro sa Lantapan Municipal Police Station, Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Unit, BPPO Tracker team ug Bukidnon 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder nga nakadokit sa kaso kriminal numero 35452-20 pinetsahan July 9, 2020. Kini giisyu ni Huwis Isobel G. Barroso, presiding Judge, RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 8, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

Sa pagkutlo ning balita, ang akusado ubos sa kustodya sa kapolisan sa Lantapan.
