Gisugdan na ang pagtrabaho sa Deep Well project sa Provincial Government sa Bukidnon alang sa Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (PDRC) sa Sitio Natid-asan, Brgy. Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon

Sumala sa kasayoran sa provincial government sa Bukidnon, nahigayon kini kaniadtong Pebrero 21, 2024 human sa groundbreaking ceremony.

 

Apan sa wala pa ang seremonya sagroundbreaking, unang gipahigayon ang isa ka pamuhat agig pananghid sa espiritu sa yuta nga si Talabugta.

 

Ang proyekto nga adunay 90 metros nga kalawomon trabahoon sa Provincial Engineering Office Waterworks Division sulod sa 180 calendar days.

 

Ang pondo sa proyekto gikan sa PGO-Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Division nga mibalor og ₱3,160,000.

 

Ang proyekto tubag sa PGB sa gipasabot ni acting Provincial Warden Nelson A. Balaba niadtong Disyembre kabahin sa kakulangon sa supply sa tubig sa PDRC. (Omar Rashid Z. Abdullah)

ALS classes sa PDRC gipadayon

Gipadayon sa Provincial Government Office (PGO) pinaagi sa Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (PDRC) ang klase sa Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) ubos sa Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program sa Department of Education (DepED)-Bukidnon alang sa School Year 2023-2024

Sumala sa kasayoran sa PGO, niadtong Enero 8, 2024, gipadayon ang pagkat-on human sa Christmas break niini sa milabay nga Disyembre 2023.

Kinatibuk-ang 69 ka PDLs ang na-enroll sa maong programa sa pagbukas niini niadtong Hulyo sa milabay nga tuig 2023.

Ang 32 kanila ang anaa sa elementarya ug 37 ang sa junior high school.

Nagkat-on sila sa Basic Literacy Program (BLP) ug Accreditation and Equivalency Program (A&E) nga mga subjects.

Tinguha niini nga mahatagan og aksyon ang kakulangon sa edukasyon sa mga PDLs samtang anaa pa sila sulod sa PDRC, aron mahatagan sila ug oportunidad sa panarbaho ug higayon nga ipadayon ang pagtungha kung sila gawasnon na. (melbmadera)

NACOCOW 2023 gisaulog

Ang National Correctional Consciousness Week (NACOCOW) gisaulog sa PGO-Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (PDRC)

Sumala sa kasayuran gikan sa LGU Bukidnon, ang NACOCOW gisaulog sa PDRC, Natid-asan, Casisang, Malaybalay City niadtong Oktubre 27.

Ang selebrasyon karong tuiga nagtangag sa temang: “Dekalidad na Programang pang Piitan Tungo sa Hangad na Pagbabago at Kaunlaran”.

Ang selebrasyon nagtumong sa pagpauswag sa kahibalo sa publiko ug pribado nga sektor sa kahimtang sa mga PDL.

Nahimong mabungahon ug sadya ang pagsaulog tungod sa mga nakahan-ay nga kalingawan sama sa paugnat sa kusog, variety show ug hamubo nga programa.

Ang katapusang semana sa matag Oktubre sa tuig gideklarar nga National Correctional Consciousness Week.

Outreach program for PDLs during Lung Month celebration in August

MALAYBALAY CITY – An outreach program targeting Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) was held at the Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (PDRC) in Natid-asan, Barangay Casisang during the Lung Month celebration

The event held on August 22-25, 2023 was a collaborative effort between the Provincial Health Office (PHO) NTP, City Health Office (CHO) NTP, Malaybalay, various Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP).

The program’s primary focus was to provide essential health services to PDLs and to raise awareness about lung health. To achieve this, a Mobile X-ray truck was utilized to offer free Chest X-rays to 847 out of 865 PDLs detained at PDRC. The remaining 18 PDLs have already undergone X-rays within the last three months.

This initiative was meticulously organized by PBSP, in conjunction with PHO and CHO, ensuring that the Mobile X-ray unit could operate effectively within the jail premises.

Additionally, PDLs received free medical check-ups and necessary medicines courtesy of Dr. Susan Marie Punongbayan, the Infectious Disease and Control Medical Coordinator of CHO Malaybalay.

The outreach program’s goal was to address the vulnerability of PDLs to the deadly lung disease called tuberculosis and to prevent its spread within the prison compound.

By providing critical health services and raising awareness, the organizers aimed to enhance the overall well-being of the PDLs and contribute to the containment of lung-related illnesses within the correctional facility.

Base sa pahibalo sa Provincial Government of Bukidnon, mitapos sila sa ALS Program sa

Isa ka detainee sa Provincial Rehabilitation and Detention Center (PDRC) sa Brgy. Casisang, Malaybalay City ang nag-atubang pa sa 19 counts sa kasong rape.

Si Police Lt. Ruel L. Literatus, hepe sa kapolisan sa Kibawe sa iyang report niingon, nga malampusong nilang na-serve sa warrant of arrest batok sa 29 anyos nga si Azor Duran y Vallecera, 29 sulod sa PDRC pasado alas 2:00 ang takna hapon sa Mayo 30.
