Ang mga suspek giila nga si William Lamadrid y Tagolao ug Rachel Pizarro y Casas. Kini base sa report nga nahipos sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office.

Si Lamadrid, 48, minyo, driver, ug residente sa Purok Demokrasya, Salawagan, Quezon, Bukidnon. Siya ang giila nga Top 1 MWP sa Bukidnon.

Gisikop siya niadtong Mayo 20, 2023 subay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong Murder.

Si Lamadrid gidala na ubos sa kustodiya sa Valencia City Police Station alang sa hustong disposasyon.

Sa laing bahin, si Pizzaro, 29, dalaga, call center agent sa Teleperformance, ug residente sa Molino 4, Bacoor, Cavite City. Giila siya nga Top 5 MWP sa Bukidnon.

Gisikop siya sa Laguindingan International Airport, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental niadtong Mayo 22, 2023 sa trese sa ihap sa kasong Qualified Theft.

Bukidnon ‘criminal’ gangsters with multiple warrants yield

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Three alleged members of a Bukidnon-based criminal group with multiple warrants of arrest surrendered to the police on March 13, 2023, a police official said

Brig. Gen. Lawrence Coop, Police Regional Office-10 director, identified the surrenderers from the Acuman Criminal Group as Erwin Acuman, the leader; his brother, Dario; and cousin Ryan.
Coop said the group has gained notoriety by engaging in robbery, cattle rustling, and extortion schemes in Bukidnon province, specifically in Talakag town and its adjacent municipalities.
“Our efforts have now resulted positively as several members of the criminal gang have surrendered to the folds of the law,” Coop said in a media briefing here.
Coop said the Acumans have multiple warrants of arrest for murder, frustrated and attempted murders and illegal possession of high-powered firearms and ammunition.
During their surrender, he said the suspects surrendered an M16 riffle, M14 riffle, a .45-caliber pistol, and ammunition.
Coop vowed that PRO-10 will remain “proactive in the intelligence-driven operation with the active support of the community.”
Meanwhile, the PRO-10 also reported that at least 184 police operations in February alone resulted in the arrest of 227 drug personalities, the confiscation of 531 grams of shabu worth PHP3.6 million, and 4,062 grams of marijuana worth PHP487,440.
At least 177 law enforcement operations targeting loose firearms also yielded 22 arrests and 56 firearms confiscated and recovered.
Fifty-six firearms were also turned in by their owners for safekeeping during the implementation of “Oplan Katok.”
On the other hand, PRO-10 also reported the arrest of 448 wanted persons in February. During the same period, Coop said the government’s offensive efforts against communist rebels were sustained, as manifested by 17 arrested New People’s Army rebels. (Nef Luzon/PNA)

Siya gisikop pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder ug upat ka ihap sa frustrated murder.

Pastor gisikop sa kasong murder sa Malaybalay

Isa ka pastor ang gisikop sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan kaniadtong Pebrero 5, 2023 sa Purok 6B, Barangay Aglayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon

Si Police Lt. Col. Ritchie A. Salva, oic sa Malaybalay City Police Station, nisaysay sa iyang report nga ang suspek giila nga si Oliver Sugue y Pasco alyas “Oliver Sauge” ug “Dodong”, 42, minyo, ug residente sa maong dapit.

Siya gisikop pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder nga gi-issue niadtong Abril 4, 2006.

Nasikop siya human sa halos 17 ka tuig nga pagtago-tago.

Bukidnon police nab 3 ‘most wanted’ murder, rape suspects

TANGUB CITY, Misamis Occidental (Jan. 18/PNA) – Police units in Bukidnon have arrested three “most wanted” suspects facing separate murder and rape charges.

In separate interviews on Tuesday, Maj. Kevin Bangsoy, the Baungon municipal police acting police chief, reported the arrest of Julieto Gempisaw, the second most wanted person (MWP) in the region, with a warrant from Presiding Judge Jose Yamut of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 11.

Gempisaw was arrested on January 16, around 5 a.m. in Barangay Mabunga, Baungon town, Bukidnon.

Bangsoy said Gempisaw, 48, a laborer, has a pending murder case for allegedly killing Reneboy Cole, 19, a member of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit, on Mar. 25, 2014.

Gempisaw was also the fourth MWP at the provincial level and the top at the municipal level.

Also on January 16, the Manolo Fortich municipal police arrested Jimboy Libres, 30, the Top 1 MWP at the municipal level, also for a murder case pending at the RTC Branch 11.

Maj. Carlito Chua, the Manolo Fortich station commander, said Libres, a farmer, was apprehended in Sitio Pulog, Barangay San Miguel.

Libres is the principal suspect in the death of Mario Fabrigas, 61, on Aug. 21, 2021, in Barangay Maluko.

The police report said the victim was fixing his fence when he was allegedly shot several times on his chest by the suspect over a land dispute.

Meanwhile, Edrin Mark Mamahon, 21, was arrested for rape. He was considered as the Top 7 MWP in Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Lt. Col. Richie Salva, the Valencia City police station commander, said Mamahon, 21, a farmer, was arrested based on the warrant of arrest from RTC Branch 8 presided by Judge Isobel Barroso.

“The accused (Mamahon) is the stepbrother of the 14-year-old victim who threatened to kill her (victim) [including] her mother if she will report to authorities,” he said.
