Nakorner sa kapolisan ang Top 4 ug Top 6 most wanted persons sa Bukidnon sa managlahi nga law enforcement operations

Matod sa report sa kapolisan, niadtong Enero 5, 2024, nasikop sa kapolisan sa Manolo Fortich Municipal Police Station (MFMPS) si Fernando Cabandog y Casas, 56 anyos.

Si Cabandog ang Top 4 MWP sa Bukidnon ug Top 3 sa Municipal level.

Nakorner siya sa Zone 7, Sitio Awol, Brgy. Lunocan, Manolo Fortich sa tulo ka ihap sa kasong Qualified Rape.

Sa laing bahin, niadtong Enero 7, 2024, nasikop ang 28-anyos nga babayeng pinangita sa balaod nga si Lovely Bation Sabuero sa Sitio Bagong Silang, Brgy. Sta Inez, Malitbog, Bukidnon

Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang Top 1 most wanted person (MWP) sa Bukidnon niadtong Oktubre 21, 2023

Ang suspek giila sa alyas nga “Jeljel Ravidas”, isa ka kanhi rebelled, 32, ulitawo, laborer, ug residente sa Purok 2, Brgy. Sil-ipon, Libona, Bukidnon.

Sumala sa taho ni Police Capt. Manolito E. Budo sa Libona Municipal Police Station, ang suspek gisikop sa kasong murder.

Gitaho nga gi-serve ang warrant of arrest batok sa supek didto sa Malaybalay City Jail, BJMP, Brgy. Patpat, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

Ang suspek gidala na sa kustodiya sa Libona MPS alang sa hustong disposasyon.

Sa laing bahin, nasikop sab sa kapolisan ang Top 10 MWP sa Bukidnon.

Gibutyag ni Police Capt. Christopher P. Tuzara II sa Kitaotao MPS nga ang gisikop naila nga si Mark Adim alyas John Mark “Acoy” Adim, hingkod, laborer, ug residente sa Brgy.Sagundanon, Kitaotao, Bukidnon.

Gisikop ang suspek sa tulo ka ihap sa kasong statutory rape nga may kalabutan sa RA 7610 o Special Protection of children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.

Si Police Maj. Marvin T. Enciso sa Kibawe Municipal Police Station nagsulti nga ang suspek gisikop niadtong Agosto 31, 2023 sa Purok-1 Diego Silang Street, Brgy. East Kibawe, Kibawe, Bukidnon.

Giila ang akusado nga si Angelo Lumanta y Lepiten (Bukidnon Top 10 MWP), 24, ulitawo, ug residente sa Purok-7, Palma, Kibawe, Bukidnon.

Ang arestado gisikop subay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong Statutory Rape nga walay piyansa nga girekomendar.

Ang Top 4 MWP giila nga si Jorge Monteverde y Benitez, 29, ulitawo, adunay kapuyo, ug residente sa P-9, Brgy. San Nicolas, Don Carlos, Bukidnon.

Nakorner siya sa kapolisan niadtong Julyo 9, 2023 sa P-4, Sitio Dagohoy, Barangay Poblacion, Dangcagan, Bukidnon.

Si Police Cpt. Ernie P. Cabrera, OIC sa Dangcagan Municipal Police Station nitaho saiyang report nga ang suspek gisikop subay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong Statutory Rape.

Samtang, ang Top 9 MWP giila nga si Jeson Jumao-As Y Balotic, 30, minyo, ug residente sa Purok 2 South Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon.

Gisikop siya sa kapolisan sa Maramag MPS subay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong Carnapping.

Si Police Maj. Erwin R. Naelga nitaho nga ang suspek gisikop niadtong Hulyo 7, 2023.

Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang top 9 most wanted person sa Region 10 sa gipahigayon nga search warrant operation sa Purok 1, Central Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 23, 2023

Sa report ni Police Maj. Merlin M. Macawili, oic sa Kalilangan MPS, ang nakorner naila nga si Van Malanhay Vicerra, Top 9 most wanted person sa Region 10, 51, adunay kapuyo ug si Yolany Bongabong Fiola, 45, adunay kapuyo.

Nakuha sa ilang posesyon ang 12 gramo sa gidudahang shabu nga adunay estimated standard drug price nga Php 81,600.00.

Kasong paglapas sa Section 11 ug 12, Article II of RA 9165 ang gi andam batok nila.

Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang top 1 most wanted person sa Kadingilan ug top 7 most wanted person sa Don Carlos, Bukidnon sa managlahing higayon.

Ang report sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office (BPPO) nagbutyag nga ang duha nailang si Jovy Lucaberte Abalde ug Esperijun Seco.

Si Abalde, 42, minyo, laborer ug residente sa P-4 Brgy. New Visayas, Don Carlos, Bukidnon. Siya naila nga top 1 most wanted person sa Kadingilan. Siya akusado sa upat ka ihap sa kasong Rape.

Siya nasikop sa P-1 Brgy Poblacion, Kadingilan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 14, 2023.

Samtang, si Seco, ang nailang top 7 most wanted person sa Don Carlos. Siya 37, minyo, ug residente sa Balangay 1A Poblacion, Quezon, Bukidnon. Siya akusado sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness ug Rape.

Gisikop siya niadtong Enero 15, 2023 sa ala 1:30 sa hapon.

Bukidnon police nab 3 ‘most wanted’ murder, rape suspects

TANGUB CITY, Misamis Occidental (Jan. 18/PNA) – Police units in Bukidnon have arrested three “most wanted” suspects facing separate murder and rape charges.

In separate interviews on Tuesday, Maj. Kevin Bangsoy, the Baungon municipal police acting police chief, reported the arrest of Julieto Gempisaw, the second most wanted person (MWP) in the region, with a warrant from Presiding Judge Jose Yamut of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 11.

Gempisaw was arrested on January 16, around 5 a.m. in Barangay Mabunga, Baungon town, Bukidnon.

Bangsoy said Gempisaw, 48, a laborer, has a pending murder case for allegedly killing Reneboy Cole, 19, a member of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit, on Mar. 25, 2014.

Gempisaw was also the fourth MWP at the provincial level and the top at the municipal level.

Also on January 16, the Manolo Fortich municipal police arrested Jimboy Libres, 30, the Top 1 MWP at the municipal level, also for a murder case pending at the RTC Branch 11.

Maj. Carlito Chua, the Manolo Fortich station commander, said Libres, a farmer, was apprehended in Sitio Pulog, Barangay San Miguel.

Libres is the principal suspect in the death of Mario Fabrigas, 61, on Aug. 21, 2021, in Barangay Maluko.

The police report said the victim was fixing his fence when he was allegedly shot several times on his chest by the suspect over a land dispute.

Meanwhile, Edrin Mark Mamahon, 21, was arrested for rape. He was considered as the Top 7 MWP in Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Lt. Col. Richie Salva, the Valencia City police station commander, said Mamahon, 21, a farmer, was arrested based on the warrant of arrest from RTC Branch 8 presided by Judge Isobel Barroso.

“The accused (Mamahon) is the stepbrother of the 14-year-old victim who threatened to kill her (victim) [including] her mother if she will report to authorities,” he said.

Detainee sa PDRC nag-atubang sa 19 counts sa kasong rape

Isa ka detainee sa Provincial Rehabilitation and Detention Center (PDRC) sa Brgy. Casisang, Malaybalay City ang nag-atubang pa sa 19 counts sa kasong rape.

Si Police Lt. Ruel L. Literatus, hepe sa kapolisan sa Kibawe sa iyang report niingon, nga malampusong nilang na-serve sa warrant of arrest batok sa 29 anyos nga si Azor Duran y Vallecera, 29 sulod sa PDRC pasado alas 2:00 ang takna hapon sa Mayo 30.

Giisyu ang maong mga kaso nga walay bail bond ni Huwis Wilfredo Gutang Bibera Jr, presiding judge, Branch 46, 10th Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon niadtong Mayo 21, 2021.
