Gitulis sa duha ka mga lalaki ang RTMI bus didto sa Sitio Pamulaan, Purok 10, Brgy. Sinuda, Kitaotao, Bukidnon pasado alas 11:40 sa gabii niadtong Enero 29, 2024

Sumala sa report ni Police Captain Christopher P. Tuzara, OIC sa Kitaotao Municipal Police Station (KMPS), ang mga wala mailang lalaking suspek nakasol-ob og red hooded ug dirty white hooded jackets.

Ang gitulis nga RTMI passenger bus adunay body no. 2795 ug plate no. NDD 4025.

Gimanehoan kini sa 53 anyos nga lalaki, holder sa PDL samtang ang konduktor isa ka 36 anyos nga nga lalaki.

Sumala pa, ang isa sa mga suspek mition sa wala masayring kalibre sa pistola sa konduktor ug gilimas ang mikabat sa P10,000 nga fare collection.

Sa imbestigasyon, nasayran nga gikan sa Davao City ang bus paingon sa Cagayan de Oro City.

Cops recovered suspected shabu, handgun in Kitaotao raid

MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon (28 January 2024) – A composite police team found a suspected shabu and a weapon during a raid on an illicit drug suspect’s home in Sitio Bacayan, Brgy. Sinuda, Kitaotao, Bukidnon

According to the report of Police Captain Christopher P. Tuzara, OIC of the Kitaotao Municipal Police Station (KMPS), the raid took place about 2:38 a.m. on January 27, 2024.

Tuzara identified the suspect as a 35-year-old individual with a drug-related personality.

Members of the Kitaotao MPS and the Bukidnon Provincial Police Office’s Provincial Intelligence Unit Tracking Team discovered six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, totaling 7.3 grams and valued at PhP49,640.00.

They also found drug paraphernalia, a coin purse, a blue-black pouch, and a belt bag.

A Daewoo brand 9mm handgun with serial number 15765 in silver with a black grip cover, an inserted magazine loaded with 13 live bullets, and nine pieces of cal.45 pistol were also discovered from the suspect’s possession.

A case of breach of Section 11, Article II of the R.A. No. 9165 was filed against the arrested suspect.

The recovered drugs were transported to the Bukidnon Forensic Unit in Malaybalay City for qualitative and quantitative investigations.

The seized pistol was also taken to the Forensic Office for ballistic testing. (melbmadera)

Ang biktima nakaangkon og upat ka samad pinusilan – duha sa iyang dughan, ug duha sa wala ug tuo nga bahin sa iyang lawas.

Sumala kini sa report ni Police Captain Christopher P. Tuzara II, OIC sa Kitaotao Municipal Police Station (KMPS).

Sa inisyal nga imbestigasyon, nasayran nga sa samang petsa mga alas 7:40 sa gabii, nagbarog daplin sa dalan ang nahisgutang biktima dihang niabot ang duha ka wa mailhing tawo sakay sa kolor itom nga Kawasaki Bajaj nga motorsiklo, nga walay plaka.

Gipusil sa mga mamumuno ang lalaki sa makadaghang higayon gamit ang Cal .45 nga pistola.

Matod sa magulang sa biktima, ang gunman nagsul-ob og itom nga jacket, itom nga bonnet, ug itom nga short.

Human sa pagpamusil, misibat ang mga suspek paingon sa amihanang direksyon.

Ang biktima gihatod dayon sa iyang igsuon sakay sa motorsiklo paingon sa Buda Medical Center. Ikasubo, ang biktima gideklarar nga dead on arrival sa nag-atiman nga mananambal.

Narekober sa mga mirespondeng pulis nga nadestino sa Border Control Point (BCP) sa Lorega, Kitaotao, Bukidnon ang unom (6) ka kabhang sa bala sa Cal. 45 pistola sa lugar nga nahitaboan sa pagpamusil.

Kini nga mga piraso sa ebidensya lagmit adunay mahinungdanon nga papel sa nagpadayon nga imbestigasyon aron mailhan ang mga sad-an ug mahibal-an ang mga kahimtang nga naglibot sa insidente.

Wala pa matino ang motibo sa pagpamusil.

NPA couple, injured female combatant surrender in Bukidnon

MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon (Jan. 02, 2024) – A rebel couple and a wounded female combatant of the communist New People’s Army (NPA) surrendered to the military last week in the southern part of Bukidnon

In a statement, the 10th Infantry Division said the couple surrendered to its field unit, the 1003rd Infantry (Raptor) Brigade at Brgy. Kahusayan, Kitaotao, Bukidnon on Dec. 31, 2023.

The duo were identified as Marjun Otag, also known as Dante/Egale/Bukol, 34, and his party wife Nelly Erespi Otag, 20, also known as Marlyn/Cris.

Otag is the squad leader of Squad 2 and a resident of Sitio Bagong Silang, Brgy. Kahusayan, Kitaotao, Bukidnon.

Meanwhile, Nelly is a squad medic and a resident of Sitio Malungon, Brgy. Kalagangan, San Fernando, Bukidnon.

The third rebel was identified as Emmely Banahan, 18, also known as Yolanda/IG, and a resident of Brgy. Busdi, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

Banahan surrendered two days later after the couple yielded due to injuries on her left leg sustained from focused military operations done by 1003rd IB in the same town.

The trio were under the NPA’s Sub-Regional Sentro De Grabidad Peddler of the North Central Mindanao Regional Committee (SRSDG Peddler, NCMRC).

Brig. General Allan D. Hambala, 10th ID commander expressed his satisfaction with the rebels for heeding the call to surrender instead of evading government forces and choosing to fight back. (melbmadera)

Ang kapuyo sa biktima niingon nga niadtong Agosto 8, 2023 sa alas 5:00 sa hapon, samtang ang biktima nag-atiman sa iyang kabayo, adunay isa ka wala mailhi nga lalaki ang miduol ug mipusil sa biktima.

Ang biktima naka angkon og upat ka pinusilan sa iyang likod nga miresulta sa iyang dayong kamatayon.

Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang top 1 most wanted person sa Kadingilan ug top 7 most wanted person sa Don Carlos, Bukidnon sa managlahing higayon.

Ang report sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office (BPPO) nagbutyag nga ang duha nailang si Jovy Lucaberte Abalde ug Esperijun Seco.

Si Abalde, 42, minyo, laborer ug residente sa P-4 Brgy. New Visayas, Don Carlos, Bukidnon. Siya naila nga top 1 most wanted person sa Kadingilan. Siya akusado sa upat ka ihap sa kasong Rape.

Siya nasikop sa P-1 Brgy Poblacion, Kadingilan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 14, 2023.

Samtang, si Seco, ang nailang top 7 most wanted person sa Don Carlos. Siya 37, minyo, ug residente sa Balangay 1A Poblacion, Quezon, Bukidnon. Siya akusado sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness ug Rape.

Gisikop siya niadtong Enero 15, 2023 sa ala 1:30 sa hapon.

Brgy. Kagawad gisikop sa kalapasan sa liquor ban sa Kitaotao

Isa ka Kagawad sa barangay sa Munisipyo sa Kitaotao, Bukidnon ang gisikop buntag sa Abril 5 gumikan sa kalapasan sa gipatuman nga Total Liquor Ban.

Matud ni Captain Jose Regner Sevilleno, officer in-charge sa Kitaotao Municipal Police Station (KMPS) nga ang suspek nailang si Robelio Lipatuan, 35, minyo, Barangay Kagawad ug residente sa Purok 4 sa Brgy. Cabalantian, Kitaotao.

Gikatahong ang suspek ubos sa impluwensya sa ilimnong makahubog ug naglasong sa iyang sari-sari store sa dapit.

Sa taho sa isa ka miyembro sa Barangay Public Safety Officer (BPSO) sa dapit, miresponde ang kapitan sa barangay uban sa mga BPSO, kapolisan ug militar. Narekober nila ang duha ka botelya sa beer sa dapit.

Atubangon sa nasikop nga si Kag. Lipatuan ang kalapasan sa Municipal Executive Order Numero 55 serye sa 2020 kon Total Liquor Ban.

Kitaotao Mayor’s son in-law slain in shootout with cops

MALAYBALAY CITY (Feb. 7) – A son-in-law of Kitaotao town mayor who was tagged as one of the top drug peddlers in Region 10 was killed in a shootout with cops in Purok 6, Brgy. Sinuda, Kitaotao town on Feb. 6, a police officer said.

Police Captain Regner Sevilleno, chief of police of Kitaotao Municipal Police Station (KMPS) disclosed to reporters in a press conference on Feb. 7 at Loiza’s Pavillion in Brgy. Casisang, here.

He identified the slain alleged drug peddler as Johalem Saripada Abbas alias Tonton, of legal age and Top 3 of PNP-PDEA target list Regional Level in Region 10.

Sevilleno said Abbas is the son-in-law of Mayor Lorenzo Gawilan Jr. of Kitaotao.

He said Mayor Gawilan complimented Kitaotao PNP and other operating units after the successful anti-illegal drug operation.

Honorio delos Santos, one of the companions of the suspect, 54, married, jobless and a resident of mentioned place sustained a gunshot wound.

Both Abbas and Delos Santos were brought to German Doctor Hospital in Don Carlos town but Abbas was declared dead before arrival.

Patrolman Romie L. Millar, one of the backup perimeter security from 1003rd Company, RMFB 10, married, 28, and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Linabo, Malaybalay City was also injured in the shootout. He sustained a gunshot wound on his left groin. He was brought to German Doctor Hospital but later referred to Bukidnon Provincial Hospital in Maramag town and he is now in a stable condition.

Policemen composed of KMPS, 2nd Bukidnon Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), 1003rd Regional Force Mobile Company (RFMB) and a unit of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) implemented and served the search and seizure warrant order issued by the Presiding Judge of RTC 10, Branch 8 in Malaybalay City against Abbas.

Sevilleno said Abbas, Delos Santos and two others identified as Samsodin Abbas and Ricky Ian Delos Santos strafed the policemen prompted the law enforces to return fire.

The chief of police said Samsodin Abbas and Ricky Ian Delos Santos evaded amid the shootout.

“The house of Abbas is located in a strategic area. It is fully fenced. The fact is that we begin our surveillance operation in the area since November last. We observed that Abbas selling illegal drugs to clients who are known to them,” Capt. Sevilleno narrated.

Policemen recovered from the residence of Abbas 40 suspected sachets of shabu weighing four grams with P94,000 estimated price value, 19 pieces aluminum foil wrapper used as improvised gutter, box of caliber 5.56mm containing 27 pieces of live cartridges, stainless steel scissor, improvised bamboo sealer, black pouch, zip lock cellophane and can container with brand name Gshock color black.

Members from Scene of Crime Operatives (SOCO) recovered from the remains of Abbas at German Doctors Hospital Morgue nine (9) heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu weighing one gram with P22,000 estimated value, a caliber .45 pistol with a magazine loaded one live cartridge.

Meanwhile, policemen have recovered from the possession of Delos Santos a caliber .45 pistol with magazine assembly loaded with two live cartridges and another in the chamber.

Seven fired cartridges of caliber .45 were found in the crime scene.

The inventory of the seized evidence was made in the presence of a representative from the Department of Justice, two from the media, and a Kagawad of Barangay Sinuda.

The Seized evidences were brought to Bukidnon Provincial Crime Laboratory Office at Malaybalay City.
