Gitandi sa 27th SP ang probinsya sa Bukidnon ug Misamis Oriental, basi sa 2020 Population Census sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), nasuta nga adunay dakong diperensya sa kadaghanon sa populasyon sa duha ka probinsya. Diin ang Misamis Oriental aduna lamang populasyon nga 956,900 apan adunay 18 ka RTC Branches, samtang ang Bukidnon, adunay 1,541,308 nga populasyon, apan aduna lamang walo ka RTC Branches.

Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang top 9 most wanted person sa Region 10 sa gipahigayon nga search warrant operation sa Purok 1, Central Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 23, 2023

Sa report ni Police Maj. Merlin M. Macawili, oic sa Kalilangan MPS, ang nakorner naila nga si Van Malanhay Vicerra, Top 9 most wanted person sa Region 10, 51, adunay kapuyo ug si Yolany Bongabong Fiola, 45, adunay kapuyo.

Nakuha sa ilang posesyon ang 12 gramo sa gidudahang shabu nga adunay estimated standard drug price nga Php 81,600.00.

Kasong paglapas sa Section 11 ug 12, Article II of RA 9165 ang gi andam batok nila.

Sa laing bahin, nadakpan usab sa kapolisan ang top 9 ug top 10 most wanted person sa Bukidnon kaniadtong Enero 23, 2023 sa managlahing lugar.

Nakorner sa hiniusang pwersa sa kapolisan ang top 1 most wanted person sa Kadingilan ug top 7 most wanted person sa Don Carlos, Bukidnon sa managlahing higayon.

Ang report sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office (BPPO) nagbutyag nga ang duha nailang si Jovy Lucaberte Abalde ug Esperijun Seco.

Si Abalde, 42, minyo, laborer ug residente sa P-4 Brgy. New Visayas, Don Carlos, Bukidnon. Siya naila nga top 1 most wanted person sa Kadingilan. Siya akusado sa upat ka ihap sa kasong Rape.

Siya nasikop sa P-1 Brgy Poblacion, Kadingilan, Bukidnon niadtong Enero 14, 2023.

Samtang, si Seco, ang nailang top 7 most wanted person sa Don Carlos. Siya 37, minyo, ug residente sa Balangay 1A Poblacion, Quezon, Bukidnon. Siya akusado sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness ug Rape.

Gisikop siya niadtong Enero 15, 2023 sa ala 1:30 sa hapon.

Most wanted person sa Baungon nasikop sa Quezon

Nasikop sa mga otoridad ang most wanted person sa Munisipyo sa Baungon, Bukidnon didto sa Purok 22, Brgy. Butong, Quezon diin siyang nagtagotago buntag sa Abril 6.

Matud ni Major Mitchel Clemencio, officer in-charge sa Quezon Municipal Police Station (QMPS), ang suspek nailang si Randy Laguinding, 30, ulitawo, mag-uuma ug laborer, miyembro sa Batistil Group ug kasamtangan nanimuyo sa dapit diin siya nasikop.

Gisikop siya pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa kasong murder ug attempted murder nga gimando sa Presiding Judge sa RTC 10, Branch 11 sa Manolo Fortich pinetsahan Hulyo, 26, 2017.

Nakorner si Laguinding sa dapit gumikan sa hiniusang puwersa sa kapolisan sa QMPS, Baungon MPS, Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Battalion, Regional Mobile Force Battalion, Bukidnon Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ug Charlie Company sa Philippine Army.

Ang suspek ubos sa kustodya sa kapolisan sa Quezon sa pagkutlo ning balita.

Isa ka mag-uuma ang gipusil patay sa hilit nga bahin sa Lagdik 8 sa Brgy Sta. Felomina, Quezon buntag sa Marso 3.

Si Police Major Mitchel Clemencio, officer in-charge sa kapolisan sa Quezon sa iyang taho ngadto sa Bukidnon Police Provincial Office, miila sa biktima nga si Pederillo Coca Sr., 52, minyo, mag-uuma ug residente sa dapit.

Si Pederillo nakaangkon sa grabing mga samad pinusilan sa lawas hinungdan sa iyang hinanaling kamatayon.

Matud sa imbestigasyon sa kapolisan sa Quezon, ang biktima naglung-ag sa dihang nahiabot ang duha ka tawo nga nangayo og tubig mainom. Kalit lang siyang gipusil sa mga suspek sa dihang gitunol na niya ang baso sa tubig ngadto sa mga suspek.

Padayon pa ang imbestigasyon sa kapolisan aron pagsuta sa motibo sa krimen ug pag-ila sa milayas nga mga suspek kinsa armado sa kalibre .9mm pistola.

Cops nabbed suspect of failed Quezon town councilor slay try

MALAYBALAY CITY (Feb. 7) – Policemen arrested one of the two suspects in the failed slay try to Quezon town Councilor and his buddy, a police officer said.

Police Lt. Col. Casan Ali, chief of police of Maramag Municipal Police Station said the suspect is identified as Herbert Nietes alias JunJun Nietes/Bunso, 35, businessman, resident of Brgy. Palacapao, Quezon.

Ali disclosed the information in a press conference at Loiza’s Pavillon in Brgy. Casisang, Malaybalay City on Feb. 7.

He said they requested a backup force from Quezon town police upon receiving information that the suspect was hiding in Brgy, Palacapao. Policemen arrested Nietes in a hot pursuit operation at Traveller’s Restaurant, located at Sitio Kipolot, Brgy. Palacapao, Quezon at around 11:45 a.m. on the same day.

Nietes was identified as the driver of the motorcycle-riding suspects in the failed to slay attempt to Rodrigo Neri, 33, married, a Municipal Councilor of Quezon and Ben Edulano, 54, married and a resident of Brgy. Sinuda, Kitaotao.

Neri positively identified his cousin Nietes as the driver of the motorcycle-riding suspects.

The wounded town Councilor told the police that the motive of the incident is a family feud.

The failed slay attempt happened at around 2:20 a.m. on Feb. 6 at Sayre Highway, Purok 3, Brgy. South Poblacion, Maramag town.

Neri sustained gunshot wounds in the body while Ben Edulano was on the left side of his abdomen and left arm.

The victims were brought to St. Joseph Southern Bukidnon Hospital, Maramag, Bukidnon for medical attention. Minutes later, Neri was transferred to Don Carlos Doctors Hospital in Don Carlos town.

Ali said they are still in the process of identifying the gunman who is remained at large. He said they are preparing to file the double frustrated cases against the suspects.

Initial investigation revealed that the victims together with four other companions were on board on a Nissan Navarra from a derby at Maramag Cockpit Arena heading to Quezon. However, they stopped at the aforesaid place to have a coffee at the stalls along the highway. As they alighted from their vehicle, one motorcycle with two unidentified suspects shot the victims using cal .45 pistol and immediately fled to south direction.

Police Col. Roel L. Lami-ing encourages the public to cooperate with the local police and report any information concerning the identity and location of the at large suspect.

Siya nailang si Rolando Buna, 52, minyo, mag-uuma ug residente sa dapit.
Gisikop siya pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa duha ka kasong pagpanglugos nga gipagula sa Assisting Judge sa RTC 10th Judicial Region, Malaybalay City pinetsahan Abril 4, 2014.

Ang suspek nakorner sa hiniusang puwersa sa kapolisan sa Quezon ug 2nd Bukidnon Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC).
