CEEDMO is now ready to embrace digital transformation and goes paperless by adopting a modern, cloud-based technology management platform made especially for revenue-generating systems

The collection system was made possible through the technical assistance of the City Administrator’s Office- MIS headed by Mr. Salick Darangina and his IT programmers namely: Mr. Jason Manghano and Ms. Geraldine Nemenso.

From cash-tickets income, manual entry of cash collection and issuance of Official Receipts now will have its own special online system in which data storage, retrieval, and extraction will become easier and faster than manual data entry.

The digital system will be used by the Collection Division under the leadership of Ms. Magnolia Callao. For accountability, Ms. Mary Eve Asares was designated by CEEDMO- Designate Lapeciros as primary in charge and liable for the e-documentation and security of data.

This program is in line with the office to upgrade the collection system through computerization and will be linked to the Records Section and other offices for faster transactions.

Lapeciros expressed his gratitude to the MIS team for finally deploying the collection system after a series of consultations and revisions of features to be relevant to the present demands. (CEEDMO-NADA)
