Mikabat sa P5-million nga budget ning tuiga ang gisaad gikan sa Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) implementers sa probinsya sa Bukidnon

Ang pasalig naggikan sa nagkalain-laing Local Government Units (LGUs) ug academe sector sa probinsiya sa Bukidnon ngadto sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE-X) alang sa SPES nga implementasyon.

Napadangat ang mga pasalig atol sa program pledging ug implementers’s re-orientation kaniadtong Enero 12, 2024 sa The Gardens Party Venue and Suites, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

“Ang mga pledges makabenepisyo sa 1,185 ka mga kabus nga mga estudyante sa tibuok probinsya,” giingon kini ni Mr. Raul Valmores, chief sa Bukidnon Provincial Field Office (Buk PFO) sa DOLE 10.

Nagpaabot sab sa pasalamat si Valmores sa partner implementers sa programa sa tuig 2023 sa ilang 100 percent accomplishment.

Mipahinumdum siya nga hatagan ang mga kabatan-onan sa mga trabaho na makapalambo sa ilang critical thinking, problem-solving, ug life-skills alang sa ilang kaugmaon.

Isa ka livelihood turnover ang gipahigayon sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) X – Bukidnon Provincial Field Office (BukPFO) sa Valencia City, Bukidnon kaniadtong Enero 10, 2024

Nahigayon kini pinaagi sa Provincial Director sa ahensya nga si Raul Valmores ug DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) personnel uban sa Valencia Rural Improvement Multi-Purpose Cooperative isip accredited co-partner.

Ang DOLE Bukidnon miingon nga duha (2) ka asosasyon sa mga mamumuo ang nakadawat sa livelihood.

Kini mao ang Young Social Innovators nakadawat og livelihood project nga mibalor og P150,000.00 alang sa ilang Snack Bar Project; ug ang Small Vendor Progressive Association – nga nakadawat og panginabuhian nga nagkantidad og P250,000.00 alang sa ilang Frozen Food Marketing Store Project.

Gawas niana, laing 33 ka indibidwal usab ang nakadawat og livelihood grant alang sa ilang Sari-sari Store, Rice Trading, Goat Raising, Agri-vet ug Corn Production Projects ubos sa DILP.

Kini nahimong posible pinaagi sa pakigtambayayong sa Local Government Unit (LGU) sa
Valencia City pinaagi sa Public Employment Services Office (PESO).

TUPAD payout sa 215 benepisaryo sa Valencia City

Gipahigayon ang payout sa 215 benepisaryo sa dakbayan sa Valencia sa Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) nga programa sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Sumala sa kasayoran sa DOLE Bukidnon Provincial Field Office, ang payout gipahigayon kaniadtong December 4, 2024 sa Bagontaas, Valencia City.

Matag isa kanila nakadawat og sweldo nga nagkantidad og P4,050.00 alang sa ilang napulo ka adlaw nga trabaho.

Kini nga pinansyal nga suporta nagsilbi nga isa ka testamento sa pasalig sa gobyerno sa pagtabang ug paghatag gahum sa mga apektado sa natural nga kalamidad.

Mahinumduman nga sa miaging bulan, ang Brgy. Bagontaas ug Sugod sa Valencia City, nakasinati og pagbaha nga naka apekto sa ilang panginabuhian.

TUPAD payout gipahigayon sa Bukidnon

Ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE-X) Bukidnon Provincial Field Office (BukPFO) mipahigayon sa Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) payout sa Bukidnon

Base sa pahibalo sa DOLE-X BukPFO, ang payout gipahigayon sa duha ka lungsod sa Bukidnon niadtong Setyembre 28, 2023.

Mikabat sa Php1,559,250.00 ang kinatibuk-an nga kantidad sa salary wages ang natugyan sa 385 ka mga benepisyaryo sa New Terminal, Talakag, Bukidnon.

Samtang adunay 426 ka mga benepisyaryo ang nakadawat sa mikabat sa Php1,725,300.00 nga salary wage didto sa Municipal Gymnasium, Cabanglasan, Bukidnon.

Gitaho nga ang matag benepisyaryo nakadawat og Php4,050 alang sa ilang 10-day work nga sweldo.

Ang TUPAD isa ka community-based package of assistance nga naghatag og emergency work para sa mga displaced, underemployed, ug seasonal nga mga trabahante. (MG Mayumi B. Madera)

PWDs get P250-K in livelihood aid from DOLE-Bukidnon

MALAYBALAY CITY – As part of its year-round turnover of livelihood grants to marginalized and disadvantaged informal workers in the province, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-10, through Provincial Director Raul Valmores of Bukidnon Provincial Field Office (BukPFO), recently turned over livelihood assistance—with Abag Kalambuan Inc. (AKI) as the Accredited Co-Partner (ACP)—to Sinanglanan Parents and Persons with Disability Association (SiPaPDA)

The SiPaPDA, which consists of 21 parents and persons with disabilities (PWDs), chose Agrivet and Farm Supply as their livelihood project in the amount of P250,000 from the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP).
Valmores said that through the DILP, the Department took various endeavors to help integrate marginalized and disadvantaged informal workers, including PWDs, into the mainstream and enable them to participate in its social and economic development.
Valmores also acknowledged Malaybalay local government and its Public Employment Service Office (PESO) for their continued support as DOLE’s program partner.
Malaybalay City Mayor Jay Warren Pabillaran urged the recipients to use the grants wisely. He assured them that the city government stands ready to help those in need.
In the meantime, AKI Chairperson Bienvenido Narciso Jr. has expressed his confidence in the beneficiaries’ ability to meet their daily needs with the livelihood grant. He underscored the importance of maximizing it to create a positive ripple effect, benefiting not only themselves but also enabling them to extend help to others in need.
Virgilio Arenido, SiPaPDA president, is grateful for the opportunity to change their lives. He said the association could now meet the daily needs of their families while also creating employment opportunities in their community.
“We are thankful to DOLE for giving us, the PWDs, a chance in life. We thank the government for this tailored project for marginalized groups. Indeed, the government sees us and has not forgotten us,” Arenido said.
Prior to the turnover, the group attended skill-building sessions such as financial literacy and basic entrepreneurship. The DOLE designed the training to provide SiPaPDA with the knowledge and skills needed to manage livelihood endeavors.
The DOLE Livelihood Development Specialists will continue to monitor the associations and their livelihood activities after the turnover. This step makes sure that technical support is guiding the association.
The DOLE has always been a staunch advocate for promoting the rights of people with disabilities, protecting their rights, and promoting the economic empowerment of people with disabilities.
DILP, or the Kabuhayan Program of DOLE, is a flagship program of the agency that aims to help marginalized groups such as self-employed workers who are unable to earn sufficient income, unpaid family workers, low-waged and seasonal workers, workers displaced or to be displaced, marginalized and landless farmers, marginalized fisherfolk, women and youth, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, indigenous peoples, victims of armed conflicts, rebel returnees, and parents of child laborers.
