Ang dinakpan nailang si Elfredindo Sihagan Saway, 30-anyos, mag-uuma, Top 3 most wanted person sa Provincial level ug Top 2 most wanted person sa Municipal level sa Lantapan.
Sumala sa report ni Police Lt. Col. Dave E. Mahilum, force commander sa 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, si Saway gisikop pinasubay sa warrant of arrest sa lima ka ihap sa kasong murder ug usa ka ihap sa kasong frustrated murder.
