2nd Igpaaha-Malaybalay Short Documentary Film Competition held

In line with the celebration of the city’s 25th Charter Day, the City Government of Malaybalay has once again held the IGPAAHA – Short Documentary Film Competition

The 2nd IGPAAHA – Short Documentary Film Competition have 4 categories: Inspiring stories of sports achievement (1st category); Outdoor Adventure Promotion (2nd category); Culture and Arts, Histories and community engagement (3rd category); and Success stories of agri eco-tourism businesses (4th category).

The Best Films for the 1st category were: A Warrior’s Path by No Zero Days (1st); Aya by Hawid Creatives (2nd); and Padayon by Partum Productions (3rd).

For the 2nd category, the winners were: Pura Vida by Inside Malaybalay (1st); Experience Malaybalay by Julius Niels Perspective (2nd); and Malaybalay Tourist Diaries by Master Film Studios (3rd).

The 3rd category best film were: Sabanagan with Erlow Talatala by No Zero Days (1st); A glimpse of the Untold Story of Torre ni David by Humanista Productions (2nd); and Panalawahig by Kadumahan Film Creative (3rd).

The best films of the 4th category were: Mushroom City by No Zero Days (1st); Bahandi by Bukidnon Graphics (2nd); and Samuyaw by Hawid Creatives (3rd).

The prizes for the 1st & 2nd category amounts to: P20,000.00 (1st place); P15,000.00 (2nd place); and P10,000.00 (3rd place).

For the 3rd and 4th category, the prizes amounts to: P30,000.00 (1st place); P20,000.00 (2nd place); and P10,000.00 (3rd place). (MG Mayumi B. Madera)
